Mr. Giovanni is very kind and even before my arrival sent me a lot of very useful information on WhatsApp for possible trips and beaches. The location is a bit out of the way, but very good as a starting point for excursions.

The property was very comfortable and beautiful and the guests were incredible! They are the most welcoming hosts in the world and they even gave us some vegetables from their own garden (they were delicious). Everything was incredible and it has been my best stay ever. I CAN’T RECOMMEND IT MORE!

We have visited Sardinia many times and we like to hire a car and travel around the island visiting everything it has to offer. This property location was ideal close to alghero, sassari, stintino and even Olbia (we visited three times whilst the WRC was on!). The hosts are warm and friendly which makes the place feel like you are welcomed into the family home, whilst your privacy and space is not invaded (you are in a different unit on the ground floor). Giovanni sent lots of local information and great directions on how to find the property. Normally we do not like to stay in properties where host's are on site as we are quite private people, however Giovanni and his family have managed to strike the balance of nearby when you need them and no-where when you want your privacy. Little treats were present when we arrived and fresh fruit picked from the garden was given to us during our stay too. To really enjoy this property you do need a vehicle so you can get out and about but as a base location you couldn't ask for better (hint: if you fly into Cagliari hire a car from Hertz downtown and not at the airport, its a 5 min taxi and we saved hundreds!). Rooms were airy and clean, with the little extras (washing liquid, washing detergent, sponges, towels etc.) all provided as a matter of course. I hope if you are reading this review if is of help and if i've not sold it enough I am already looking at booking again for next year!
