Door key system works well. Code worked from check in time and we had no problems using it, unlike other properties that use phone apps. The ability to get straight to the apartment without needing to make a key is good. The location is excellent and the apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped. Missing wine glasses were reported on arrival and the maintenance request was very swiftly acknowledged, though not delivered until the following day. There are nearly supermarkets and shops, and the Aker Brugge shops, restaurants, bars, and ferry services are very close. The Wifi was easy to use and good enough to stream videos to watch on the TV. Bedding was clean and of the expected quality. The rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable. Having a kettle is good and not always present, as is a coffee maker. There were dishwasher tablets and washing up soap provided and dishcloths.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the accommodation. The area was also incredibly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. These two aspects made our experience very relaxing and enjoyable.

Location was great and condition of property was immaculate upon arrival. Living room was nice and spacious as well alongside the master bedrooom.
