Located up to 10 min from Oslo bus station. I could actually see bus bays through my window but you need to go around to reach them. Everything else was fine in the apartment and outside (you do have asian + vegetable/fruit supernarket in front of the building + a regular one at the end of the street (go right after leaving the building). The entrance to the building requires phone + internet. You can access apartment wifi from outside the building and you get the code for it together with the entrance instructions. No need to fill any forms when checking or checking out.

The host was very communicative, the place has access to a kitchen, washing and drying. Clear instructions are provided on how to enter the complex.

Very basic but delivered to my expectations for the price paid in an expensive city and was pleasantly impressed

Considering the price it is a good choice. Very close to central train station. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear noises from other rooms and living area. But this totally depends on the attitude of other people that you share the apartment. I guess we were lucky because everybody was very careful about not making any sound or noise and using the bathroom in a timely manner. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and towels were old but clean. In short the experience in the guest house totally depends on the kindness and respect of other 5 rooms.
