Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.Eight Roof Top Bar is open Wednesday - Saturday from 17:00 to 00:00.Artesia Spa:
Entrance fee from 16 years of age is Monday – Friday NOK 195 and Saturday – Sunday NOK 250.
Lower age limit is 5 years of age. Hotel guests between 5 – 15 years of age are welcome to use the spa facilities only when accompanied by an adult hotel guest, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 and Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00. For children under the age of 16 (accompanied by a registered adult), entrance is free of charge.
Hotel guests who wish to use the spa facilities are welcome to charge the entrance fee to the room. This can be done via the reception at Artesia, payment will be settled at check-out from the hotel.
Entrance to the spa should be booked well in advance of your stay due to limited capacity.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I was offered a room with a front view but while it was very comfy and high quality when I noticed it was the smallest room in the hotel on the fire plan, I felt a bit sad as had another day and night to go without my friends and so intended spending more time in my room rather than be out and about by myself! When I raised this with staff within a few hours they moved me next door to a beautiful big room with a window to the front. It made me very happy and I was grateful the staff took my feelings seriously and acted to ensure the rest of my staff was topp quality and I ended my first experience in Norway on a real high! Very memorable.

Very comfortable bed with spacious bathroom and shower. There were plug sockets by the bed which was very convenient, as well as coffee machine and good minibar. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast buffet is extensive! Very good value for money, and great location too.
