Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast (except the box when we left earlier). Good location, very close to the railway station, about 15 minutes walking to the City Hall.

Wonderfully friendly greeting on arrival from receptionist. This high level of service from the girls on reception continued througout our stay. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very spacious room at the front of the hotel, with great views.

The late night reception guy was great getting us very tired people checked in and we came down and he sold us beer. He was also very impressive in dealing with a group both at check-in and at the bar that generously could be described as curmudgeons.. The location is great especially for those civilised people travelling by train
