Location was excellent. Central close to everything. Train station only 5 minutes away. Easy to reach from the airport. Staff were very nice and responsive. Room ok for 2 people, with amenities and nice shower gel/shampoo (also conditioner)

The hotel and the building were well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent - walking distance to the station down a lovely pedestrian street. The laundry facility was wonderful and while there was no staff on duty (it is all done digitally) when there was a problem, there were people you could call for help. This hotel is a very good choice provided the building noise next door has finished. We were offered some compensation which was appropriate and processed within a couple of weeks after the stay. I would have scored as high as a 9, except for the construction noise impacting on the enjoyment of the hotel.

The place was perfect for solo travel. Its very conveniently located near the train station and is in the heart of Sentralen. It is well connected to public transport and is also walking distance from many historical and other touristic sites.
