The staff speak several languages. We spoke Vietnamese and English with them. Staff also helped us book a taxi for the airport. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection of dishes. The hotel is very close to the "Higobashi" metro station + a FamilyMart

It's close to the subway station and there are heaps of eating places around the hotel, overall a nice and pleasant place to stay!
