Amazing architecture building. Staff were incredible and friendly towards everyone very accommodating. The pools, hot beds and saunas were incredible. Facilities were an overall 10/10. Room was super cozy. Has laundry on each floor and ice machines. Location was a 5-10 min walk from the main station so extremely easy to get to the hotel which was amazing

Great location, near the Umeda station; comfortable rooms with all necessary staff; the additional benefit is the bath. The breakfast was very good.
