The property had great facilities and provided nibbles for guest members. Furthermore, I have never had an iced matcha latte so cheap and for such great quality. The built in cafe is beautiful !

We loved the helpful & friendly staff at this hotel. We were able to drop our luggage early in the morning before heading to Nara for the day & when we returned in the late afternoon, our bags had already been taken to our room. There was free coffee, tea & snacks in the foyer and the room itself was very well set up. Loved the little fold-up table in the room: very handy for dining in after a long day of sightseeing. Lots of free amenities for bath & shower, slippers & gown. Also thought thé see-through door on the little fridge in the room was a great idea: ensured we didn’t leave anything behind when we checked out. The hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.
