“Luxurious and comfortable hotel for hefty sum”

The hotel is truly beautiful. When you enter you feel right away the luxurious vibe and the universal studios spirit. I loved the room we stayed in, it was by far the most comfortable and big bad we had during our trip in Japan. I wish we stayed longer in the hotel if it wasn’t so expensive. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the entrance to the park.

An undeniably great location for Universal Studios. Lots on offer in the busiest breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced.

This hotel was so close to Universal Studios which is what we were after! All the eateries and shops located right out front on City Walk made the hotel the perfect location. Staff were very helpful and friendly with good English. A taxi was arranged for us as requested. The hotel was very clean and tidy - quite flash!

Location was excellent especially if you are visiting Universal Studios which is exactly a two minute walk ! Lively area as well with shops and restaurants all around ! It’s also centrally located to reach other attractions around Osaka with a train station close by . We got the park view room for a family of 3 . View was amazing by day and night ! It was one of the bigger rooms compared to the rest available generally in Japan ! Extremely comfortable for the 3 of us ! We had easy access to microwave and washing machine on the floor as well ! Stay was overall just great !
