Very spacious room, spacious shower, separate toilet area, large beds, washing machine inside room, small kitchenette can use for cooking, near several train stations, it’s perfect!

The apartment was large enough for two although I had booked for a front apartment which was larger but was given a smaller one facing the back of buildings. The reason was given as fully booked even though I booked the apartment months ago, we were disappointed with the response and believed the apartment should have been allocated when the initial booking was made. Despite that the rooms were very clean and had all that we needed including a washing machine and the ability to dry our clothes either on the balcony or in the shower room which had a nifty drying process built into the ventilation system. The location was great right on the Shinsaibashi Shopping strip, which is over 2.5 kilometres and leads to the Dotorabari district.

Great sized room, the beds are the biggest that I have seen! great having a washing machine in the room and our clothes dried so quickly on the porch. Fantastic location with shops around the corner and close to the train station. The staff were so nice, and spoke some English and were so helpful showing us places to visit around the city.
