Everything went really smoothly. My room had everything I could need (amenities and toiletries are provided by the hotel), the position was totally fine, the bed was very comfortable, as well. It was by no means an issue for me, but be aware that the rooms size is smaller compared to European or American standard, which is normal in Japan. Take it into consideration if you’re planning on travelling with huge luggages

Everything was perfect Location is amazing Staff is very friendly So many complementary product in the lobby (coffee tea, Pj, face mask, cream…) Just loved it
