Super great, delicious, and rich breakfast. Well equipped room. Rather wide bed (this is not common in Japan). Great location to access the Expo (just 1 stop away from the Chuo line). Metro access very close (5 min walk max). Highly recommend.

The room was clean and tidy, bathroom spotless. The staff was friendly, respectful and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is provided by a restaurant in the same building - the Japanese and local Kansai dishes are rotated daily and prepared fresh and with a good quality.

The staff here were very friendly and accomodating helping us with the automated check-in. The rooms were a great size including the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Everything was neat and tidy. We stayed here over a weekend so the area was lovely and quiet but we noticed during the week there is many more people around as it seems to be a business district. About a 10minute walk to the metro station which was very convenient for us and got us to all the places we wanted to visit. Also close to 7/11 and family marts.
