Room with nice size for one person, well equiped with small kitchen. It was very clean on arrival (there are no cleaning at all during the stay, but that was no issue for me) Good location 10 minutes walking to Namba/Dotonbori and subway within 5 min walking. Convenience stores and some restaurants in vicinity.

Incredible location! Really close to everything but also just far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds when wanted to couldn’t speak more highly of the location! Was nice and clean and the check in and check out instructions are very clear and easy to understand

The room was in a great location and was clean. The shower was hot and room was clean. Very simple but has everything you need. Only downside was WiFi in the room didn’t work and the other WiFi options were slow, however something I’m sure is an easy fix. There was also construction just across the street which started at 8:30am. But that is just unfortunate timing, however it seems it will be a long project. Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were super helpful and quick to reply over the message.
