This hotel was absolutely perfect. Great location, fantastic helpful staff, clean beautiful room with amazing view and lovely free ammenities. Would definitely stay here again next trip.

Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. Modern rooms and lobby, everything clean, bathroom tiny (as expected) but well equipped, good lighting options and air con, an excellent location close to the Esaka station and many dining options.

Good location with many food options nearby. Quality of toiletries and drinks (green tea, blend 114 coffee) provided was good. Nice ambience at the lobby area.

They held our luggage until we returned. Very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
