Our group enjoyed the amount of space we had, as this seems like a office space converted to residential. Washrooms & Showers were clean, beds were suitable. Local television channel Close to a local alcohol shop, takes cash only, however they have a large selection of drinks you can't get at konbinis.

Location was top notch and value for money was awesome. Pin code rather than key was very helpful when travelling with extended family.

it was literally the best apartment during our stay. i usually am not the kind of person to write a review but this apartment really had me shook. The whole ambience was on point. I could even enjoy my cigarettes on the balcony. Everything was top tier hygienic and if I would ever be coming back to Osaka, trust that this would be my number one choice.

Everything about it was amazing! The location is great as its a close walk to Midosuji station and conveniently located to a few bus stops. The property itself is immaculate and we found everything we needed very easily. I love that the host sent me a very detailed check in instruction along with how to use various appliances on the property. Overall, highly recommend staying here at Precioso Umeda and will definitely come back!
