The location is excellent. It's steps away from Kitahama Station and very close to Yodoyabashi Station as well. There's a 24-hour Family Mart downstairs. It's within walking distance to Osaka Station City, where you can shop to your heart's content.

The place was extremely clean and tidy and a very neat little set up if you had study or work to do on your laptop. The cooking and laundry facilities were a bonus with a short walk to convenience store and also close to the train station for commuting to other places.

Apartment style room with large sleeping area, separate kitchen, with a laundry closet, and separate loo, shower and wash basin. Great internet, and the communication with the owner was excellent. Good location in a quiet area and a nearby metro, and convenience store underneath. Good hot shower with excellent pressure. The electronic access worked well too. Good folder of instructions on how to use the accommodation's facilities.

It's our first time staying in Kitahama and we loved the neighborhood! It is more local, work offices in the daytime and restaurants and nightlife in the evening. We loved being away from the huzzbuzz of Namba and Dotombori, discovering a different side of Osaka. It's also super easy to connect out of Osaka (direct train to Kyoto) and to the airport (one train change, pretty easy). The place itself is quite large compared to hotel rooms in Japan. There was a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. There is a washing machine for laundry in the room (!) which was probably our highlight, paired with the drying system in the bathroom (we washed our clothes every evening super late and had it ready to go the next morning!)
