The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Osaka Namba Station. The room size is good; it exceeded my expectations for the price. It also has a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop. They provide complimentary breakfast, which is good.

Great location, hotel staff couldn’t have done enough for you. Staff printed our boarding passes and provided a hair straightener on request. Bathroom toiletries very good. Room quite spacious for Japan, kitchen facilities in room very useful.

Great value for money. The largest room I had in my whole trip to Japan. The hotel is a little bit outdated but the complimentary breakfast and the very flexible check-in and check out hours totally made up for that. Good location. Recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a comfortable size for two people. The location is excellent with many attractions within a 20–25 minute walk. From Namba Station you can take a direct train to the airport. Additionally, a simple breakfast was included in the price (nothing fancy but okay to start a day).
