Convenient location an easy 5 min walk from Namba station, along the underground Namba Walk before exiting at B21 exit, then a short stroll through the arcade to reach the hotel. Also, only 5 mins down to Dotonbori and a 10 min (underground) walk to the bus station for bus to either airport. Washing machine room, self serve luggage room and lounge with free drinks were much appreciated. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

The location was fab. Hotel lobby area was renovated to contemporary standard. Facilities such as the laundry room and lounge for free sake, drinks and snacks were great. The air purifier in the bedroom was a bonus.

The location is perfect. Free coffee in the lounge and a lot of washing and drying machines. Laundry is also free. The garden is beautiful.
