Vehicle height, width and length limit for on-site parking: 2.05 metres, 2 metres, 5.30 metresFree shuttle buses run regularly to/from JR Osaka Station's Sakurabashi Exit. Please note that there is no shuttle available from the station between 12:00 and 14:00. The bus stop is located below the train tracks, across the street from Eki-Marche.Please note that special requests (i.e. upper floor, room preference) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. Very quiet area of Osaka, within walking distance to public transport. Amazing breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The lounge and Spa are also highlights after a day of exploring. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Osaka.
