Vehicle height, width and length limit for on-site parking: 2.05 metres, 2 metres, 5.30 metresFree shuttle buses run regularly to/from JR Osaka Station's Sakurabashi Exit. Please note that there is no shuttle available from the station between 12:00 and 14:00. The bus stop is located below the train tracks, across the street from Eki-Marche.Please note that special requests (i.e. upper floor, room preference) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Great location and quiet but only few mins. walk to subway. The room size is good and with onsen. There are lots of restaurants within walking distrance.

Room was clean and staff were pleasant. Breakfast was not included in my stay so I had to pay extra. It is not exactly near to a subway, i had thought it was nearer. They do not provide complimentary bottled water. But there is a vending machine at every level so you have to buy it from the vending machines. Taxi fare from hotel to Osaka International Airport costs me Y50,000.

This is probably one of the best Mitsui Hotels I’ve stayed. Spacious clean room with river view, breakfast is amazing, their indoor and outdoor onsen is the best, staff are so attentive, there is a free shuttle service to Osaka station every 15-20min. I will definitely come back again when visiting Osaka.
