Weekends and national holidays: From Hotel 8:20~21:40 From JR Osaka station 8:00~21:40The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. The personnel was very helpful and available at all time. They gave an impressive sense of service. The room were very well decorated and organised. Perfect for a relaxing time.

Friendly and respectful staff. Especially Ms Machico kamitani and Nashin , I think that was his name, who helped us to send our luggage to the other hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
