The staff was very helpful and patient in arranging the hands-free service to transfer my large luggage from their hotel in Osaka to another hotel in Tokyo.

Great location. Helpful staff. Rooms are small - as expected - but bigger than APA rooms, and still enough space for 2 with big suitcases. They only clean the room every 3 days (and upon check in/out), but they give you new towels every day.
