Great location with nice view of the Castle. Close to train stations for local travel around Osaka. Good restaurant, reasonably priced for hotel.

Modern hotel; room was great, location was good, staff were excellent. Accommodation was good value for money (but maybe because the spa wasn't included?)

Our stay at the Hotel New Otani Osaka was excellent from start to finish. The hotel location is fantastic, especially with the beautiful view overlooking Osaka Castle, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided. The beds were especially comfortable, allowing us to rest very well after long days exploring the city. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding service from the concierge team and the head of staff. We had an issue related to a previous hotel, not connected to New Otani Osaka at all, and they still went far beyond their responsibilities to help and support us. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist were truly exceptional and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good, although the breakfast room could get quite busy at peak times. Despite this, the staff remained very attentive and helpful. Including variety of choices, fruits and freshly prepared eggs and omelets. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families too and for its location, comfort, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding level of customer service.
