Staff and location of this hotel were fantastic. In Umeda with the train a ten minute walk from our door. Was lovely to also be able to watch CNN news in some downtime as this hotel allows audio switching to English which was greatly appreciated. Staff also helped me sort out an issue at my next hotel when forwarding bags from theirs.

The location to the station is about a 5 minute walk and the room was very spacious compared to other rooms in Japan
