Despite the rather distant location, I loved that it was surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping in the morning, seeing bees buzzing over the colourful flowers and the well landscaped lawns, was really rejuvenating. I also love the installation of frame…they make you feel like Monet, sitting by the lake garden painting the scene. Everything felt serene and relaxing that you almost forgot that you are located within the port area. Well, if you want the hullabaloo of crowd and city life, the Universal Studios is not too far away for you to escape into the make believe world and connect with the child in you. The staff was also very friendly and always ready to give you a helping hand, even when you least expect it.

It offers a great tranquility from the busy Osaka! I loved the evening camp fire in spring!

Great place to relax and as home base for daytrips to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara etc. Children loved it as well. Even the 4 year old had enough place in the garden to explore and play.

The hotel was nice. The staff were accommodating but not over welcoming. The room size was decent for Japan.
