The shared shower and bath are only available between 6:00 and 23:00. For the public bathing facilities, separated shower stalls are available for female guests. Baths are not available for females. A bath is available for male guests on Saturdays. Shower facilities are available for male guests.
In the rooms at New Building, one child under 10 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds.
Guests who wish to use room keys will be required to pay a room key deposit for each guest room. Please contact the property for more details.
- Check-in is available from 9:00-23:00. You must inform the hotel in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, or your flight is delayed, please update the hotel. - Guests arriving after check-in hours must notify the property in advance. The property will then send the guests an email with the procedures for self check-in.
- From Kansai International Airport (KIX), it takes about 1 hour via either the Nankai or JR Train to Shin-Imamiya Station. The East (Higashi) Exit is nearest to the property. - From Dobutsuen-mae Subway Station, Exit 8 is nearest to the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

+ Very cheap, my original booking was 1100yen, upgraded room with aircon additional 500yen + Fiesty but cute staff dog + A private mini fridge! Very underrated to have especially at this price. If you are on a budget, having your own fridge is a great way to refrigerate your food.

It was very affordable and located in a lively, fun area of the city. The subway was just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
