Location was great and central. Short distance from the action and train stations. Staff were lovely and helpful. We were able to do a really late checkout due to our later flight which was very helpful. Large rooms and a massage chair which is a bonus.

Great location within walking distance to many attractions. Lots of restaurants near by too. Size of room was very generous and good value for money.

Very spacious room, larger than average in Japan. We chose a superior room. Very comfortable king-size bed Huge bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Premium location in the heart of Osaka, but still room was quiet. Wide variety of choices at breakfast.
