I looked for the following criteria when booking this accommodation: 1) Shortest walking distance for public transport 2) Our own private room with bathroom and toilet 3) Low cost compared to others All were fulfilled. We basically only used the room for sleeping. It is literally at the exit of Osaka main Station with local trains, subway and bus. The Shinkansen station name is Shin-Osaka though, 5 min north from this station by train.

Location was great, short walk to Osaka Station. Staff were very helpful including luggage delivery to Tokyo.

Although the hotel is slightly dated, It was beautifully clean, bigger than expected, close to everything, staff were very helpful, quiet area and yet so close to station and main hub for Metro, train, bus etc. I wouldnt stay anywhere else, it was so affordable
