We took the airport limousine bus from Kansei Airport and the bus stops about a 3 min walk away from the hotel. It is also a very short walk to the Osaka station. A few eateries nearby. Easy ride to Tennoji and Namba Station to visit Dotonbori area. The staff were very hospitable. They helped us get one of our bags delivered to our hotel in Tokyo as we couldn't take it on the bus to Takayama. The room is small but just enough for 2. Very clean and everything worked fine-no sound from traffic, AC, neighbours etc. Comfortable bed.

The locatiom was very close to Nishi-Umeda Underground station, exit 4b. The room cleaning by the staff were excellent. Breakfast was quite variety for the price paid. Convenient to have ice machine at every level. Personal amenities were quite generous and could be collected at the lobby.
