Excellent family room with washing machine. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s a relatively quieter lot area compare to those near Shinsabashi. But that’s the good part about it. Family mart is just a few walk away. Great location.

The Property in good location and take 3-400 meter to Subway station exit 4. There is Convenient store Family Mark and 2 Supermarket around and near to the Property. The room is big enough for us to stay, Aircond is cold, water pressure for shower and basin is strong, the fridge is cold to store food, oven is working well. The washing machine combine with dryer is good, we use the machine to wash our clothes at night and we can wear the clothes the other morning. The bed is too hard and the pillows are low and hard. No soft pillow provided. The kitchen utensils provide not complete and the pot is not clean.

Modern, clean and cosy apartment with all amenities, comfortable size, great views of the city from both the passage that led to the room and the balcony. Seamless self check-in and check-out. We had an issue with the toilet that was rectified and the entire apartment cleaned for us again after the first night on a complimentary basis due to this. Location is not too far from the Dotonburi area by taxi, though not walkable and although we did not use the local train, there was a train station within view from the apartment, would have been 3-5 minutes walk at best. We were able to use the washing machine and the microwave. Kitchen well equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, electric kettle, some cutlery and some pots and pans, which we did not have occasion to use.

Location was perfect, accessible by metro and close to center, good value for money, washing machine is very handy
