The location, friendly staffs and cleanliness. The hotel also have arrived to be eco friendly in its toiletry and allowing the guests to pick up only what they needed from the reception at level 2. There is also a very nice restaurant below the hotel that served homey food ♥️♥️♥️

The location is easy for me to get anyway. It is less than 3 minutes walk to the Shin Osaka metro station.

Good location, about 2-3 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka metro station and 10-12 minutes walk from Osaka station. Room is clean and comfortable but small which is probably normal in Japan cities hotel. A reasonable dining place on the ground floor which is convenient if you arrive a bit late and tired.
