Great location just a short walk from Hakone town centre . Lovely traditional rooms and great Onsen . Food option for breakfast and dinner included , it was amazing to have the food brought and set up in our room . Delicious food and lots of choice and amount .

Spacious and clean. Comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Walking distance to trains and public transport. Absolutely perfect

Comfortable, homely feeling accomodation with great amenities. Close to shops, restaurants, markets and public transport. Located in quiet side street. Communication was great. Rooftop area would be great to use in warmer months.

We enjoyed our stay in FL House for 5 nights and would be happy to return. We were just a couple and the apartment provided more room than we needed but we just liked having the additional space. The apartment is a great size by Japan standards and covers 4 floors including a rooftop area with an outdoor setting for end of day drinks etc which we really enjoyed. Most of the living is done on the first and second floors which have plenty of room.
