The location is very central. We went to the places we wanted to go in a short time. The staff were great people. They took care of us very well. The hotel was very clean. It was one of the most beautiful and pleasant hotels I stayed in Osaka. The only small problem was that there was only a hanger for clothes, but everything else was great. Thank you, I would definitely recommend it :)

Fantastic location. Staff were very friendly and all seemed to have really good English. My room was also very clean and comfortable.

The location was great, as the hotel is close to the subway station. The room had two futons, which were large enough for a family of three. The bathroom was nice and clean. Free toiletries were available at the reception. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. They didn't have extra bedding for the child, but the reception staff were friendly and provided it later. Free hot drinks are also available at the reception at all times.
