Close to Kuromon Market. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is very clean too. Staff are prompted and proactive in communicating with guests. They sent out check in information in advanced to ensure smooth check in and check out procedure. If you request early in advance, they can accommodate late check-out.

Location is very good - all walking distance (15mins and under) to key areas like Kuromon Market, Namba, Dotonbori etc Communication over whatsapp with the building management was very easy and they were very responsive.

1) Location - walking distance to Kuromon Market, Namba station and subway. 2) separate bedrooms for privacy 3) nice living and dining areas 4) balcony with hanging rod for laundry 5) Ease of check in and front door using access code instead of keys

The location is not bad, close to the tourist attractions, but if there are more than 4 guests, the 5th guest will not have a bed. We tried to change the sofa to a sofa bed but failed. We recommend changing the sofa in front of the TV to a sofa bed to accommodate more guests. We recommend adding a towel rack in the bathroom and some basic condiments in the kitchen for guests.
