Great location and the facilities were excellent with 2nd floor providing tea, coffee free if charge and very clean and tidy. Room a bit 'cosy' but adequate with good aircon.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The beds are larger than in Tokyo, great food, close to universal studios and beautiful scenery.
