Great location within walking distance of the Doutonbori shopping area and a subway station nearby to get around Osaka. The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are compact and bijou but packed with facilities - ours had a washing machine and mini kitchen

I spent six nights at hotel, room with 3 single beds. Hotel deserves credit for quiet room, especially since there are 12 floors and each floor accommodate more than 10 rooms. My room was very clean, had fridge, microwave, modern Japanese toilet, a/c and even wash machine, all nice and clean with no strange smells. Sleeping was comfortable. We also had optional breakfast, however this was not wise decision. Well, breakfast was tasty, however menu was very limited, some non Asia visitors might not find the right taste, honestly I would find more tasty menu at convenience stores across the street, I would not choose extra pay for breakfast next time. Overall hotel has high quality, perfect location near main Namba station and Dotombori street or Kudomon market. We had nice connections to Kyoto or Nara, within 50min, airport is 1h away and main Shinkansen station about 45min by metro.

The room had a washing machine and kitchenette which were useful. There is a fridge which did have a few bottles of water for us on arrival which was very welcome. Checkout was straightforward and they stored our bags for the day
