Nice hotel in an excellent location. The onsen is lovely after a long day's walking. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a mega busy hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and cozy. Food is best. Ramen is best of best. All everything is perfect! My family likes hot springs! My mom likes hot springs also me too ! Most of all the hotel front desk staff were very friendly. They spoke all languages so I felt comfortable. Next time I will visit then I will stay your hotel ! Thanks for everything!
