The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff were very welcoming to my family. The staff played a game with us with prizes involved and my son loved it. Nice touch from the hotel.

Lovely friendly ladies on reception. Super nice Location was excellent for a quick stop over, stayed twice. Breakfast was included and really yummy.

The staff were incredible, given that it's my first time solo travelling it was a huge relief. The location is amazing, less than a 10 minute walk to Shin Osaka station so it's a great base camp to explore Osaka but also other areas like Kobe and Kyoto. Rooms are a great size and the value for money is great, highly recommended.
