It was my 1st capsule hotel experience and it was a good one. The hotel was clean, well-organised and the shoe lockers were big enough to easily accommodate large sizes as well - which was quite thoughtful. All staff were quite helpful despite language barriers. Rajendra and a Japanese lady in particular (sorry I don't recollect her name) were great to interact with and made guests feel welcome. Yhe capsule by itself was pretty comfortable as well and so was the location. The hotel is very close to the station and there were eateries and a convenience store quite nearby. Overall, I was happy with my stay there.

Well, it was functional a capsule hotel cause it's basically just you go there to sleep. I really liked the staff. They were really nice , end helped you through the entire proces
