Great Location and very well utilisation of the small space in the room. The room was very small but we were given two rooms with connecting door. So it worked for us. Else, it would have been pretty congested. The housekeeping does not replace soiled cups. So, remember to clean the coffee cups yourselves. There is no iron placed in the room. It’s available on request. Wi-fi was good. Easy and quick check in and check out. Minimal staff interaction but very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast though it’s available. There is coffee/tea dispenser in the lobby and drinking water. There is also money exchange machine.

Clean hotel, English speaking staff at desk, good location very close to 2 subway lines and popular Dotonbori district.
