It was very quiet. There are a lot of convenience stores around and it's close to the subway. It was reasonably clean. Has a microwave and some basic cups/bowls/cutlery, fridge, washing machine. Towels included. The bedding smelled freshly washed. The host was easy to contact and sent pictures of how to get in. We communicated in Japanese via Whatsapp, so not sure what their English communication is like, but the email had English instructions. Wifi was free and did the job.
