Only a 15min walk to Umeda to get on any train to go anywhere. Service from staff was great, especially the cleaner who was lovely and greeted us every morning and is very efficient and made up our room lovely every time.

A male staff (around 40 or 50 plus) is very good... We met him at night check in. Although we have a barrier in communication, his effort is 👍🏻. I forgot to ask for his name.. We ask him about limousine bus and he suggested herbis Osaka... We thought it closed already, but actually not. Boss should give bonus to this man... He is very good .. We got toiletries everyday that were put at the door knob... 👍🏻

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful towards a non-japanese speaker and the hotel was located about 10 minutes walk to the Umeda shopping district.

Supernice staff, very clean rooms and the little breakfast place was so cozy! Very westernised breakfast but it was still good! The washing machines and trouser presses were excellent and the cleaning team was so nice, you got a little bag of necessities every day instead of them wasting time cleaning unless necessary, but if you wanted cleaning you could just put up a sign outside of your door. Great location!
