Facilities are all really clean and comfy. Staff are also very nice and helpful. Location is really good for sightseeing, restaurants, convenience stores and train stations.

The staff speak more than four languages, such as Mandarin, English, Korean, and Japanese. I found it much easier to communicate when someone could speak English.
