The tatami room is super spacious, complete with a large wardrobe. Super rare to have such spacious hotel room in Japan in the city. There is breakfast service albeit very plain (toast, scrambled eggs, jam, meatballs etc). There is also a mini amenity bar. Great location in the middle of Shinsekai and near several subway stations, the closest being Ebisu station. Walkable to shin-imamiya (15 min) to get to KIX. Plenty of konbinis around as well. The tv has netflix so I enjoyed an afternoon in when it was too hot outside.

The rooms are at a good value for its location. The room was very spacious! We loved the tatami mat flooring too. They have a free breakfast option with basic breakfast items (didn't taste fantastic but it was still a nice bonus). I forgot to check out for my room and return the card key, and the staff was kind enough to guide me through how I can return it by post.
