Great location = Ebisu metro station, you can get everywhere from here. Relatively quiet even though it's on a busy street. Absolutely polite staff. Great air conditioning in the room during hot summer months /September for us/.

The location of the hotel was really good. Really close to the station and you can easily get to Dotonbori. The room was comfortable.

I love the facilities that the hotel offers such as the coin laundromat, the vending machine and the free small breakfast that they have provided during my stay. Location wise is near to the metro station and quite convenient with nearby shops around. Hotel staff were friendly and do appreciate the staff with explaining what time to check out, the facilities they offer and the do and don't while staying with them with the pamphlet which is written in both Japanese and English. The room that was provided was big enough for one person, which comes with a balcony. Comfortable bed and really had a nice sleep during my stay. Would recommend this hotel for a stay.
