Bed was comfortable and the shower area was really nice plenty of space to get ready, the location was good for access to the subway and station to get to other areas and shinsekai a short walk away

The staff of this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. We have a trip to Osaka in May 2025 and the staff suggested to us about the places to travel, how to buy tickets in Japan (which were very hard to buy for foreigners who can't read Japanese). The location is also convenient. You can take a local train directly from the airport to the hotel, which is located near the JR train station. The interiors of the hotel are nice and cozy, and the beds are fine.

Nice staff, great location, easy to get to shinsekai, donki is 5 minutes away. Quite nice room, enough place for a suitcase, pretty clean.

Staff were very friendly and the shared bathroom/toilets were in top condition. The are is very convenient close by to a few stations to get where ever you need to.
