It was pretty close to the Osaka station. So if you're coming in from either the airport or from Shinkansen, it's easy to get to. Surrounding area is also really nice with a lot of high rise towers and shopping areas. Hanshin Tigers store is also nearby if you are a big fan of baseball. Staff also let me check in early which was a nice touch. I think it was probably because it was a less busy day? But I wouldn't expect it at all times.

Amenities at the front desk. There's a laundrette, vending machines, and a lobby for everything else. Keeps luggage. Staff were polite and spoke some English. Most importantly, it's near the Herbis bus stops. Location is so convenient. Thanks!
