The lady that owned the establishment was very helpful and friendly she even parked the car for house and the apartment was superb

Brilliant location. Within easy walking distace of all main sights, restaurants and shops. Having a very secure parking space in the centre of Orvieto was wonderful. The access route was clearly explained by our host and the location was reached with ease, avoiding the ZTL. Having a smaller hire car made travelling through Orvieto much easier as the streets are quite narrow in places with tight turns. We were met by the cleaning lady who was so helpful in showing us around and explaining how to get to the parking area. The apartment was even better than portrayed in the photographs and is certainly very well equipped. For example, the pictures did not show the lovely view towards the distant hills from the nicely tended garden. The beds were really comfortable with excellent A/C and heating if needed. Getting to the sights is easy, level and takes minutes. There are many restaurants nearby, but we settled on Trattoria dell' Orso (a 2min walk) which was excellent. Staying in this apartment made our stay in Orvieto so much more of an event

Great location near the centre, but pleasantly quiet. A lovely little garden. Two bathrooms, one with shower. Parking on the property but with a very narrow entry.

Such a beautiful apartment. The host Valeria was lovely and you can see she has put in a lot of effort into making the place feel right at home. The location is perfect, a short 2 minute walk to the main street but in a quiet area.
