Good communication prior to arrival. Very welcoming and helpful. Able to use breakfast room facilities if needed. Good size room which was clean & comfortable. Balcony with view of sunset. Will definitely return and recommend to friends

This is a wonderful B&B with a stunning view, great facilities, spacious rooms, a super welcoming staff, and very close to the gates of Orvieto. We loved everything about our stay. The room was big, clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the balcony led to a great view (great sunsets are guaranteed). You can tell this is a place ran with love and care, and we would love to be back. We recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in this town, ran by enthusiastic and informative hosts.

Friendly ladies giving you breakfast and asking what you like. Chatting and made to feel at home. The owner even drove me to the station as it's a steep hill.
