I liked the room, location, and breakfast, and also offered free parking. Overall very good place to stay and host was very helpful :) One thing that we didn't manage to enjoy was the pool because it was in the offseason, unfortunately :)

From the second the gates open we were extremely happy with our choice of accommodation. The property is breathtaking, with both views of the beautiful countryside in one direction and of Orvieto in the other. The staff were beyond helpful and everything from the cleanliness, to the comfort of the bed, the shower with its amazing pressure and fabulous hot water and the breakfast was delicious. We could not have asked for more. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer.

V comfortable room, gorgeous breakfast in a nice garden room. Lovely kept grounds with pool. Facilities to make drinks during the day in the sitting room. V quiet and peaceful surroundings. Locanda orvieto restaurant is within walking distance and a beautiful restaurant to eat at during the evening if you want to have a drink and not drive.
