Everything was perfect! The staff is really friendly - always ready to help with all our questions related to the stay itself and about the surroundings as well. Besides, they provided us Guest Passes to use public transportation for free, so we could get into the Ortisei from the train station in Bressanone. The room was large, clean and very cozy. The breakfast is awesome - a really good choice of food and drinks. Also there is a comfy SPA center that has a couple of saunas and a whirlpool - it was not crowded, so we felt really comfortable there We would be really glad to return back one day!

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast and really friendly staff (especially the hotel cat Yoshi!). We had a great time and we were impressed by the free wellness facilities, we had the sauna room to ourselves and it was very relaxing.
