This is family business run at its best. You see the pedantry in details and quality in performance. All is new, clean and properly built. It is not so usual everywhere. Craftsmanship of the details.

It was fabulous from the moment we checked in and were kindly gifted a free upgrade! We found the hotel generally so wonderful, as well as the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the facilities onsite as well as the hotel bar that had such delicious wine options. We booked the rate inclusive of breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. The hotel was conveniently located and had stunning views everywhere you looked! Highly recommend travelling in October, the weather was lovely for hiking.

The location was great, cable carts for both Seceda and Alpe Di Sussi were walkable (~5mins). The rooms are cosy and clean, and the spa facilities are great. We also didn’t realise that afternoon snacks were included which was a great bonus.
