On first inspection it's a great place! You get a lot for the money, and it's quite pleasant. Feels very homely and a short walk from the train station and some other restaurants. They provide a lot of items to use in the kitchen and a nice supply of tea/coffee. There's a lot of nice small details and stuff avaliable including games to play and a TV to watch in the evenings Good amount of space to work or relax. The washing machine and dryer combo were very useful! Lots of good information provided and loads of space.

We arrived in the UK late in the evening with kids. Due to a scam we found out we did not have a place to sleep. We were very relieved when Sarah could accommodate us very last minute!

The layout was perfect for a three generation family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well laid out and very well supplied with everything that we needed, even a garlic press! The house was warm and the hot water was hot. Very useful rear courtyard with an awning over the seating area, which meant it could be used in the rain. For the almost 2 year old the stairs were steep but they were OK. Good hand rails. You need to pre-order a cot and highchair. Laminate floor meant it was easy to clean up. There is a park and playground about 5-6 minutes walk from the house. Very good communication from the owner. Would happily stay there again.
